Journal Coaching in British Columbia
Journal coaching is another way to help those struggling to find direction, achieve goals, and heal from current or past unpleasant experiences. In journal coaching, I offer a guiding path by providing opportunities through prompts and different types of writing to help you find your answers. The process of putting pen to paper has been researched and found to be highly effective for a number of issues, including trauma and mental health.

Helps to cope with trauma.
In my approach to journaling, the process involves;
-
Your writing never has to be shared; it is your choice.
-
working on creating privacy before and after writing.
-
A nonjudgemental approach - spelling, grammar or your writing is never critiqued.
-
Creating a safe space for exploring your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, experiences, judgments, attitudes, hopes, dreams, and desires.
